Help me, oh lords of Mac

I am in desperate need of a start-up disc (CD, not floppy) for a 7.0-7.5.5 Powerbook 1400c. There is vital info I need to retreive ASAP from it. If you are on California's northern coast (Santa Cruz - Humboldt), my VM is 800-242-0363 ext. 5563, I'd appreciate any help. If anyone knows a website to download this info in CD form, Please help. Thank you.

    I don't know of somewhere to get what you need, but I do know that that lpatop will boot off of OS 8 or OS 9 (up to 9.1) which may be easier to find.
